After a five-year break due to the COVID-19 pandemic, economic recovery, and ongoing social issues, we’re excited to return with a new fundraising event that’s more inclusive, accessible, and focused on the community.
In the past, our gala events had dress codes, expensive tickets, and tiered sponsorships, which weren’t always welcoming to everyone. This year, we’ve reimagined the event to be free, small, and open to the public, so community members can meet the DDW team and learn about our work in a relaxed, fun, interactive setting.
Our event, “Little Paper Plane, Big World,” is your chance to socialize, have fun, and support our mission in a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere at the amazing Streetcar 82 Brewery Company. Join us for an unforgettable evening!
